Commissioning Engineer. Reports to Project Commissioning Manager or Commissioning manager. As part of the site team, responsible for providing a commissioning & installation service to the Project Manager in accordance with the M&E Services Procedure Manual. Assists in the production of site specific programmes, test procedures, method statements and risk assessments. Supervises and inspects the installation and commissioning of sub-contractors. Carries out commissioning of plant not done by sub-contractors. Assists the Project Manager in co-ordinating sub-contractor installation and commissioning. Keeps a site diary. Ensures that all documentation is kept up-to-date and signed off. Ensures, in conjunction with the Project Manager, that installation and commissioning is carried out in a safe manner. Resolution of problems and trouble-shooting. Other duties as required by the Area M&E Manager.Based Central Perthshire, Tayside.
